1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service provided by 88ft ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you ("User," "you") unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88ft. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all services offered via 88ft, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, promotions, and customer support services. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both available on this website.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 88ft, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 88ft or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that covers online gambling platforms.

88ft reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and eligibility at any time. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual may open and maintain only one (1) account on 88ft. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88ft reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close such accounts and to void any associated winnings or bonus balances.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ft account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

88ft will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from 88ft that requests your password or full payment details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Any activity conducted through your 88ft account — including bets placed, deposits made, or bonuses activated — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to support and can demonstrate that you took reasonable steps to secure your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88ft are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard where available.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit screen within your account. Deposit limits may vary by payment method. 88ft does not charge transaction fees on JazzCash or Easypaisa deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 88ft may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically within 24 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days after approval
• USDT TRC20: typically within 24 hours of approval

88ft reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse. Users will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 88ft are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. These rules are made available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the specific rules applicable to the relevant market shall prevail over these general Terms.

88ft reserves the right to void any bet where it is found to have been placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error. Users will be notified and any stakes returned to their account balance. 88ft also reserves the right to limit stake amounts for any user or on any market without prior notice.

Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, and game shows available in the 88ft Casino — are governed by the rules of the respective game as communicated by the live dealer and the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game provider's own disconnection policy.

Slot game outcomes on 88ft are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game provider. 88ft does not control RNG outputs. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of spins and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88ft may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing registered users from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific bonus terms and conditions that will be communicated alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all 88ft promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• 88ft reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to activation by the user.
• Only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the offer terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated betting, hedging, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88ft Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to place bets or accumulate winnings outside normal game parameters.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on material non-public information.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88ft Platform — including but not limited to the 88ft brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data, and game content — is the proprietary property of 88ft or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 88ft intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88ft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or interruption of service.

88ft does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and circumstances beyond 88ft's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. 88ft will endeavour to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for unavailability.

The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. 88ft is not responsible for financial loss resulting from gambling activity. Users acknowledge that all gambling carries inherent financial risk and engage with 88ft services entirely at their own risk.

10 Responsible Gaming

88ft is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to assist users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may enable notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to suspend access to 88ft may request self-exclusion via customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 week to permanent closure. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

11 Suspension & Termination

88ft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete required verification; or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding funds obtained through prohibited conduct) will be returned to the user following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 88ft account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules, and any resulting balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Amendments to Terms

88ft reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via notification on the Platform or via registered contact details where reasonably practicable. Continued use of 88ft services following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ft is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform of their own volition and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
